Regulatory Status (Financial Conduct Authority)

Digicorp UK Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Our Firm Reference Number is 690213. You can check our status and permitted activities on the Financial Services Register at https://register.fca.org.uk or by contacting the FCA on 0800 111 6768.

Our FCA authorisation covers certain regulated consumer credit activities only, namely: entering into regulated consumer hire agreements as owner; exercising, or having the right to exercise, the owner’s rights and duties under a regulated consumer hire agreement; credit broking; debt adjusting; and debt-counselling. Each of these permissions is held on a limited basis.

The FCA does not regulate our IT managed services or any of our other technology services. The FCA’s regulation applies only to the regulated consumer credit and consumer hire (lease finance) activities described above.

Privacy Notice

Digicorp UK Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We are committed to protecting your personal data and handling it in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Personal data we collect. Why we collect it and our lawful basis. We use your personal data to respond to your enquiries, provide and administer our services (including lease finance and IT services), manage our relationship with you, comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, and operate and improve our website. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are: performance of a contract (or steps to enter into one), our legitimate interests in running and marketing our business, compliance with a legal obligation, and consent (for example for non-essential cookies).

Who we share it with.
